Nom Nom speaks at Washington University
About the project
Misa and I were so honored when we were asked by the Vietnamese Student Association at Washington University in St. Louis to speak for Entrepreneur Week on campus. We spoke about our path in starting Nom Nom Truck and had a Q&A in business development. It was so great to be able to represent the Vietnamese community with our fun/crazy business model to the WashU students. There was also enough room for me to do a cooking demo on one of our most popular item: lemongrass chicken tacos! The dining hall even took my recipe and made it for the ENTIRE dining hall. Talk about Nom Nom love!
We also waste no time in our short jaunt to St. Louis. Right before our speaking engagement, we took a taxi straight to the City Museum. Hands down, top ten things to visit . We never laughed so hard (and got banged up from climbing the smallest spaces)!
