We’re adding a new fun night to the Nom Nom sched- Trivia Tuesdays! Tuesday night each person who orders @ Nom Nom will be asked a Trivia question (from Trivial Persuit!). If you get it right, you get $2.00 off your Banh Mi! Each week there will be a different special prize for tha winner :)

Nom Nom Truck’s been making a splash in the media as of late.  Javier of the Teenage Glutster blog named us as one of his favorite trucks on KCRW’s Good Food segment over the weekend.  Saveur did a special LA issue in a quest for tasty tacos, favoring our Lemongrass Chicken tacos (I do too).  Finally, Sunset dug our banh mi & taco combos as one of their choice  trucks.  The Nomster truck was also prominently featured in all its bright green glory on a full page spread in Sunset. And what do my eyes spy? It’s the girls!  Hey Jen & Misa! Yes, soak in that limelight.

It’s been a very good month for the Nomster.

Hi guys we’re hiring and looking for one more person (part time for now, eventually full time) to add to the team. Here are the MUSTS:

When we’re not eating banh mi, we get a little excited by the copious amounts of taco trucks/stands in L.A.  A staple taco gets a lil’ Nom Nom makeover. Hope you like it!

Ahh, its that time of year again: Families getting together for marathon egg-rolling sessions, houses filled with incense sticks and peach blossoms, or testing patience with the crazy drivers of Little Saigon. Tết is drawing near!  To get into the spirit we’ll be passing out some red envelopes to show our appreciation for all you nomsters coming by the truck for your banh mi fixes.

We love firecrackers…just not too close to the truck! :D
