Monica Birnbaum

Monica loves being a part of the Nomnom team! From the fun people
that she gets to work with on the truck to the awesome customers that
come to support Nom Nom, there’s no shortage of good times! When she’s
not in classes or studying (she’s a grad student at UCLA) she loves to bring
delicious Nom Nom food to the loyal fans and the curious newcomers
to whom she gets to explain what is in the Deli Special!!
